Job Title: Customer Engineer – Infrastructure – Windows 365 / InTune / MECM Location: Remote, Canada Duration: Full Time Experience level: 8-20 years Job Description: The Win365 / MECM (aka SCCM)/Intune Customer Engineer will work directly with customers, as a consultant and technical advisor to: • Design, Deploy, Review and Assess the health of the infrastructure and clients around Windows 365 service and associated configuration management requirements of these services • Upgrade, update and maintain the Win365 environment • Troubleshoot issues with infrastructure and clients • Tune and optimize for performance • Assist with reporting • Assist in setting up Management with Intune • Assist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Software Updates feature • Assist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Task Sequences • Provide training in all areas of Win365 and its ongoing management to ensure customer goals are met Ideal candidate experience: 8+ years working as a depth expert and technology owner or consultant around virtual desktop infrastructure and modern endpoint management Ability to present to multiple levels of customer leadership. Ability to act as a consultant and architect for multiple customers. Broad knowledge across multiple scenarios: • Win365/Windows Desktop using associated modern management tooling • Package/Application creation • Desktop OS Upgrades using different approaches • Intune and Co-Management experience • SSRS Reporting and/or PowerBI experience • PowerShell scripting Deep level knowledge in at least 3 of the above categories Technical Skills Requirements: Microsoft Win365/VDI/ Endpoint Configuration Manager Broad knowledge of ALL the MECM areas below, with deep understanding of (at least) 4 of the following: Infrastructure • Design • Deployment • Upgrades • Maintenance, Health, Tuning • Troubleshooting Windows 365 and Desktop Upgrades Software Updates Compliance Software Distribution Security Intune SQL Server Report Development Network Troubleshooting Related Skills: • Active Directory • DNS/Network • SQL Server • IIS • Certificates Tools • SQL Profiler, PowerShell, Process Monitor Why join Sonata Software?
