Job Title: Senior Digital Engineer - Dynamic CRM Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai. Experience: 6-8 Y Position 1: Dynamics 365 Customer Service *Dynamics 365 Contact Center. Copilot Studio. Power Platform, Azure Functions hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customer service. Additionally, should have worked with Azure DevOps (ADO), which is a key requirement for this role Position 2: Import/Export data in CRM/Power Platform Activities in CRM Power Platform Auditing Business Process Flow, workflows Business Rules Core Form/Fields UI CRUD Operations Core Grids and Views, Search in CRM Core Tables UI CRUD operations Core user and team Security Case Management (SLA, ARC config, Queues) Opportunity Sales Process (Quote Management, Orders, Insights) Associate should be flexible to work on support projects also.
