About The Role
Join our PEZA-certified contact center team providing world-class customer service for US clients. We are looking for experienced BPO specialists who can handle inbound and email queues, adhere to KPI targets, and collaborate with a 24/7 support group.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a PH-based BPO or call center environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable working onsite in a PEZA park (night shift)
- Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
