About The Role
The People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all employees. Exceptional people motivation, organizational and event planning skills. The People Services Coordinator is expected to exceed the needs of the business and ensure that employee morale is constantly being focused on. Key Accpuntabilities Organize all Company-sponsored special events (birthdays, employee recognition programs, employee appreciation, new customer celebrations, work through lunch coordination, offsite Company events and others as needed). Serve on both the Call Center Activities Committee and the Leadership Circle. Host new hire orientation. Develop ideas for morale building activities to continuously improve morale and best-practices. Manage the Asurion Suggestion Program. Ensure that all methods of communications are clear and available to all employees in a timely manner. Participate in the development of department goals and objectives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of events management and employee engagement experience. At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and active-listening skills. Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office applications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Approachable, lively and a strong motivator of people. Problem solver. Attention to detail. Creative. Action and results oriented. Ability to work on a flexible schedule (to include day, evening and some weekend hours). Ability to multitask different priorities and deadlines.
