POSITION TITLE : DEALER SALES OFFICER REPORTS TO : DEALER AREA SALES MANAGER DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : DEALER COORDINATORS UNIT/DEPARMENT : MOTORCYCLE SALES AND DISTRIBUTION – 2 WHEEL FIELD SALES OPERATIONS DIVISION/ GROUP : PRODUCT AND SALES JOB SUMMARY The Dealer Sales Officer is responsible in monitoring all turn-ins being endorsed by the dealer partners thru the Dealer Coordinators. He / She is expected to closely communicate with the Dealer Coordinators and ensure that all booking documents have no deficiencies and completely submitted to Operations. He / She is expected to monitor the sales performance of the Dealer Coordinators and ensures that each Dealer Coordinator is achieving their sales targets. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that each Dealer Coordinator achieves his sales target./ At least 100% target achievement Ensures all turn-ins are being closely monitored and the dealer partners are being provided with status on a timely basis./ Zero complaints from dealers in terms of turn-ins statuses. Ensures the completion of the documentary requirements needed for booking./ No delayed bookings. Timely completion of booking documents Ensures that collaterals such as OR’s/CR’s are being collected from the dealers on a timely manner and monitors the timely completion of documentary deficiencies both from the dealers and the customers./ Timely submission of collateral documents and no long overdue documentary deficiencies Monitors proper coverage of dealer shops by Dealer Coordinator based on coverage plan/Zero complaints from Dealers Builds and maintains good business relationship with the handled dealers./ Zero complaints from Dealers It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Years of Work Experience: 1 – 4 years Educational Attainment/ Required course ( if applicable) : Bachelor’s Degree Required Certification/ Professional License ( if applicable ): N/A Field of Specialization ( if applicable ): Sales and marketing Knowledge and Skills Requirement: With good written and verbal communication skills, can speak English fluently Knowledgeable in Retail and field sales operations Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Has good leadership skills; Has good negotiation skills; Has good presentation skills; Has the ability to coach and train, a good team player Has extensive experience in the motorcycle industry.
