Onboarding Partner

About the Role The Onboarding Partner ensures effective execution of the pre=boarding and onboarding activities for new hires. How you'll contribute Conducts Background Investigation / Reference Checking to all Staff and Junior Officers candidates. Prepares various hiring documents (i.e. contracts, term sheets) Coordinates with potential hirees’ submission of pre-employment requirements and collates submissions. Turns over new hires documents to Compensation, Benefits and Records Department. Prepares account opening for new hires payroll. Facilitates efficient onboarding activities on day 1 of new hires.
