MIS Officer

About the Role As a MIS Officer, you will be responsible for generating and distributing management reports in an on-time and accurate manner. You will be supporting the Wholesale Banking Segment in: (1) generating and preparing data and management information; (2) analyzing data to aid in reporting, evaluation and strategic decision making; (3) tracking business profitability and performance of relationship management team; (4) coordinating and preparing data analytics and management presentations, and (5) maintenance of databases needed in all report preparations and analysis. How you'll contribute Gather data from system downloads and other sources Ensure availability, completeness, and accuracy of historical data obtained from various sources Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/annual BAU reports in a timely and accurate manner Generate accurate ad hoc reports compliant within pre-defined SLAs Analyze variances (if any) and provide insights for such when applicable Ensure reports prepared are cascaded properly to appropriate recipients thru accepted channels Maintain and update customer lists for Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking Groups Coordinate with various units for internal and external (re)tagging of customers Assist in code creations needed by the Sales Team of CorBank and ComBank Assist in data clean-up initiatives, as necessary Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations (ie. increased productivity, efficiency, or accuracy) based on observed challenges Provide solutions (ie. report automation, process streamlining) to address observed challenges and quantify impact. What we're looking for With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or any related courses With 3-10 years of experience in preparation and management information and business reports in banking, financial services, MIS, accounting or any related industry Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis and strategic planning High degree of accuracy and strong attention to details and ability to adapt to the changing needs of Senior Management About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
