Documentation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY The Credit Documentation Specialist prepares and manages the documentation of the client’s availments and termination documents. He/She ensures that the submitted documentary requirements are complete and in compliance with credit policies and necessary clearances have been detained for the release of collaterals How you'll contribute Prepares document/contracts for a client’s availment and termination documents conducts initial review of documents in accordance with bank policies. Reviews initial submission of documentary requirements based on credit policies/guidelines to ensure completion, correctness and accuracy of information Ensures that contracts/documents are correctly and accurately prepared. Endorses reviewed documentary requirements to Credit Documentation Officer evaluation and endorsement to SBC CADD. Secures clearances of fully paid accounts Prepares termination documents What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking With 1-2 years of work experience is an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Has basic Credit Management, Loans transactions Computer literate, record keeping and file maintenance Organized, detail-oriented, keen to see discrepancies in details (e.g. Names, addresses and other client information) About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
