JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the product packaging and onboarding of corporate account, provides pre and post loan booking sales services and responsible for the overall sales achievement of the team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management 1. Maintains and improves business relationships with accredited companies to promote long term partnership. 2. Ensures seamless accreditation/renewal process (specifically for new and existing clients) to support customer's employee loan requirements. Governance, Control and Risk Management 1. Promotes controls in handling the loan portfolio and delinquency accounts. Facilitates proper and timely reporting of collection issues to manage increase of delinquent accounts. Persuasive Communication Skills 1. Conducts sales presentation, employee orientation, nesting activities, area meetings and joint calls with the Branches, W2R, MUFG, WBS to generate loan bookings. Planning and Organizing 1. Implements marketing programs, tactical promos and activities that support the generation of loan bookings and company penetration rate to achieve set targets. Quality Service 1. Client centricity service providing what is needed within the turn-around time. Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
