Field Sales Specialist | Personal Loan | Davao | SB Finance

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the sales achievement via solicitation of Personal Loan clients to meet the team's objectives within SBF policies and regulations. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create opportunities to acquire clients based on existing personal loan target market to achieve the required monthly turn-in. Achieve the individual assigned targets based on defined key results areas (leads, TINs, booking volume) to support the team target/quota. Conducts tie-ups with prospective entities for possible sales activities for group (bulk) selling. Creates caravan, boothing, area mapping, and related sales activities that will generate leads and production. Prepares weekly master coverage plan (MCP) for an organized scheduling/monitoring of sales activities to support achievement of sales targets. Conducts pre-screening of individual loan application solicited to ensure there is no lacking or document deficiency to deliver the expected turn-around-time decision. Understanding and Application of Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Years of Work Experience: 0-1 Year Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree Field of Specialization: Sales and Retail Knowledge and Skills Requirement: At least with marketing/selling experience; College diploma is not necessary; Effective conversing and negotiation skills; Willing to learn, adapt and effectively apply the training provided by the unit.
