Dealer Sales Assistant | 2W | SB Finance | Batangas

Job Summary The Dealer Sales Assistant is responsible in closely monitoring all turn-ins being endorsed by the dealer partners thru the Dealer Coordinators and ensure that it undergoes the sales pre-screening timely, prior routing to the UW process. He / She is expected to deliver the pre-screening within the prescribed time as defined. And provide necessary assistance as maybe needed to the Dealer Sales Officer as his/her immediate head. Duties and Responsibilities Closely monitors all turn-ins coming in daily. Ensure that the sales pre-screening process meet the desired turnaround time as prescribed and defined. Meet the required efficiency for sales pre-screening as defined. Provide necessary support to the Dealer Sales Officer as needed. What we're looking for 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Customer advisor, BPO, Admin At least vocational/Secondary Level Graduate Can communicate in oral and written, can speak English; Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Has good presentation skills; Has the ability to coach and train A good team player.
