Job Summary Car4Cash Branch Account Officer is responsible for the field sales operations of Car4Cash. This includes the prescreening of applications coming from the Field Sales Specialists and Loan Agents, the supervision of the Field Sales Specialists (FSS) and the Loans Agents. Duties and Responsibilities Actively sells and promotes Car4Cash product of SB Finance and ensures that sales targets are achieved. Trains and coaches the Field Sales Specialists (FSS) and Loan Agents (LA). Recommends and implements strategies that can improve Car4Cash DMS’ sales performance. Prescreens applications coming from the FSS and LA and ensures that documentary requirements are complete before these applications go to UW for processing. Addresses all issues that will be raised by Field Sales Specialists (FSS) and Loan Agents (LA). What we're looking for 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Retail, Sales, Marketing Bachelor's / College Degree in any related field With good written and verbal communication skills; Knowledgeable in Excel, Power point and Word. A good teamwork player; Has good leadership skills; Has good presentation skills; Has the ability to coach and train; Has extensive experience in the Sangla OR/CR industry.
