Overseeing and supporting the over-all daily operations of enrollment/ maintenance of a business deal of the products under the purview of Cash Management Division, which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts. Ensures timely, accurate and complete submission of Enrollment reports assigned by the Immediate superior. . How you'll contribute Primary responsible in receiving documents from Branch/CRG/BC / review of CMS documents/ creation of client’s record in the DigiBanker system / enrollment of client’s funding account/ creation of Company’s system administrators/ creation of client’s workflow rule/ maintenance on client’s DigiBanker record/ continuous monitoring of submission of originally signed documents/ filing and forwarding documents to warehouse for safekeeping Primary responsible in verifying client’s data/ information in EQ and CRM against documents submitted Primary responsible in verifying client’s signature on the documents submitted versus Specimen Signature Card uploaded in MV SVS Primary responsible in requesting confirmation from client’s authorized signatories on additional module enrolment of simple products/ or services to be availed Primary responsible in coordinating with the Merchant for SIN validation and BIPPS enrollment. Primary responsible in lodging enrolled clients to Sales force (for simple products only) upon enrolment of availed modules and moving of created opportunity of SMs for complex products. For Individual clients this must be lodged in DMS. Monitors all enrolled/ regularization of DigiBanker documents. Send email follow ups to the concerned Branch and Sales Manager for their direct coordination to client. Deactivates DigiBanker record/module for non-compliance of original documents Forwards the enrolled DigiBanker documents for complex module to TBG Officers for regularization of signature. Primary responsible in ensuring documents received are complete prior to forwarding original documents to CDC Records for safekeeping Files documents per client for scanning, indexing and safekeeping of CDC Records. Returns Digibanker documents to the branches/ unit with no compliance on the noted deficiencies. Prepares summary report at the start of the week for CMS enrollments processed covering the previous week for branch reference Ensure documentation conforms to the Bank’s policies and standards, including risk mitigation through adherence to the control framework. Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making What we’re looking for Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Banking, or any related field Should have the ability to review documents, detail-oriented, and able to provide relevant and actionable insights. Must have excellent time management, filing and organization skills especially the ability to multitask and prioritize.
