Operations Specialist

The Role As an Operations Specialist, you will a ct as universal operations support of the branches within the assigned area. Acts as a manpower pool in filling in temporary vacancies in the branches to avoid disruption of branch daily operation. Helps in the standardization of the Bank’s policies and procedures being observed by the branches he may assigned in. How you'll contribute Performs as a reliever of Teller and CA depending on the need of the branch within the specified period in service and operations, credit and control, financial and administrative and sales and marketing to ensure that the tasks are carried out in accordance with the Bank’s service standards and procedures Helps in the standardization of the Bank’s policies and procedures in accordance to the bank’s service standards and procedures Reports fraud or potential fraud verbally or in writing to the appropriate authority for immediate investigation and proper disposition Implements risk awareness complying with the bank’s internal controls to achieve zero financial loss or fraud Accepts and processes over the counter (OTC) of clients to the bank’s tellering system within the service standard time set by the Bank Suggests identified process improvements and system enhancements on policies, procedures and other branch practices through coordination with concerned party to maximize efficiency but less cost Adapts Bank’s updates on policies and procedures related to operations by being actively informed about the changes on regulations, policies and procedures to act accordingly to the set guidelines of the bank What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in any field Preferably with 1-2 years of experience but open to fresh graduates Knowledge of Branch Operations as well as the Bank’s Policies and procedures, preferred. Good interpersonal and human relations skills; problems solving skills. Able to perform the assigned tasks in an effective manner.
