Senior Email (UI) Designer

OKTOBER is hiring a Senior Email (UI) Designer to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.

What you'll do

1. Own end-to-end email and pop-up design for 4–6 complex client accounts (gifs, animations, advanced UI)
2. Lead design innovation and contribute to agency-wide design systems and standards
3. Provide informal art direction to junior designers and represent design in pod planning and client pitches

What we're looking for (non negotiable)

1. 4+ years of email design experience — portfolio required and must demonstrate range and creative direction
2. Expert-level Figma skills and experience with generative AI (e.g. Gemini)
3. You think strategically, mentor those around you, and operate like an owner
