Document Controller

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stores, manage and track company documents.
• Responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention and retrieval.
• Assists with the file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the plant.
• Monitor implementation of approved procedure within the plant.
• Takes part on periodical procedure review with the MS Team and ensures that updates are available in timely manner.
• Investigates and responds to corrective actions related to Document Control
• Plans and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases by using customized template.
• Ensure to maintain inventory at planned levels based on Monthly Forecast (i.e., just in time purchases)
• Resolves discrepancies. Ensures that non-conformances or variances are approved and/ or minimized

Qualifications

• Willing to be assigned at Valenzuela
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business

Management or equivalent

• With 1 to 2 year(s) experience in document management and control
• Knowledgeable in ISO Practices
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Organize and attentive to details
• Team Player, well organized and capable of meeting agreed deadlines in aligning the documents
• Required skill(s): process documentation, system analysis
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferable Male or Female / 25 to 35 years old.
