About The Role
- Leads the Key Accounts Team
- Responsible for the overall management of strategic Sales and Key Account Relationship activities.
- Leads the development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives in Key Accounts
- Takes ownership of the responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of programs designed to increase presence and offtake in Key Accounts.
- Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
- Monitors promo implementation and trade budget management.
- Puts in place, monitors and improves processes to link all Sales, Marketing and Merchandising
- Bachelor Graduates
- Female / Male
- With Strong Background in FMCG
- With Strong Background in Sales
- With Good Communication skills
