As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled Recruiter with HR support experience to help scale our workforce while maintaining strong onboarding and compliance standards.

Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on recruiting and talent acquisition , with light involvement in HR administrative support. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support onboarding and documentation processes in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
• Assist with offer coordination and hiring documentation

HR & Onboarding Support

• Support new hire onboarding , including paperwork, system access, and coordination with internal stakeholders
• Manage hiring-related documentation with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
• Maintain organized records in ATS and HR systems
• Assist with compliance-related documentation and tracking

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-volume or pipeline-based recruiting
• Exposure to healthcare recruiting or HR environments
