SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Principally responsible in providing support to the SDCM’s Support Officer, Team Heads, Department Heads, and Division head’s business goals and directions. They should work closely with his/her Support Officer, in campaign management activities, sale validation and evaluation, providing accurate reports, best practices, and relevant, timely and accurate MIS and financial data. Responsibilities: Manages the following channels/ area, but is not limited to, under the departments below and ensure that all channels/area from the teams below have contributions in the production of the products offered under the Unsecured Lending and Cards. Regulates compliance and audit. Has knowledge on: products, sales processes, Credit policies, Systems, Operations, Audit and Compliance to support daily activities. Communicates and interact with channel partners, officers (AM to VP level) and staff for a stronger partnership and collaboration. Grows overall target of the Division in Credit, SIP Loans and Personal Loans YOY through adherence to acceptable Audit, Compliance and Bank Policies and Procedures. Manages budget - Ensures that the following expenses, Advertising and Publicity, OPEX, CAPEX, Selling Expense, IDBs, are kept within approved budget or with an income generating initiative. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or any other related course Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
