KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ORDER FULFILLMENT

• Own the end-to-end order process: from receipt to delivery.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Track shipments and keep systems updated with real-time status.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

•  Monitor stock levels and trigger restocking proactively.
•  Maintain accurate records of movements, returns, and damaged goods.
•  Lead periodic audits to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

CUSTOMER & PARTNER LIAISON

• Be the go-to contact for customers on fulfillment and delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

DATA & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

•  Analyze fulfillment and inventory data to spot inefficiencies.
•  Drive improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
•  Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

•  Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
•  3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
•  Proven experience in e-commerce operations
•  Fluent English
•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•  Proficiency in inventory and order management software, i.e. ZOHO
•  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
•  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
