Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop and implement the overall sales strategy.
- Leadership: Organize and manage the daily operations of the sales department.
- Performance: Ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the system integration market and monitor key competitors’ activities.
- CRM & Data: Systematize, analyze, and update the client database.
- Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel and conversion rates to improve team performance.
- Key Account Management: Participate in negotiations with key stakeholders and high-value clients.
- People Development: Conduct employee evaluations, build training programs, and foster professional growth.
- Reporting: Analyze sales volumes and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Workflow: Maintain high standards of data entry and management within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Managerial Experience: 3–5 years of leadership experience, ideally within the System Integration sector.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in the corporate segment (Enterprise, B2B, and B2G).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the specifics of selling IT solutions and services.
- People Management: Ability to motivate and develop a team, measure results, and ensure goal attainment.

- Independence: Self-sufficiency, high level of self-organization, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Accountability: A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to professional duties in modern conditions. We look for individuals who consistently deliver on their tasks.
