• Location: Based at United Square (typically), but flexibility required to work at Bukit Timah Plaza when needed
• Working Days/Hours: Fridays to Tuesdays — Weekdays 10am–7pm, Weekends 8:30am–6:30pm
• Salary: $3,200–$3,600/month
• Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans/ PR/ MOE tuition grant recipients requiring Employment pass

Chess at Three – teaches chess to children as young as 3 through storytelling and play

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Operations Executive, you’ll be the go-to guide for families exploring our programs. You’ll lead sales conversations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and support daily center operations.

Sales & Parent Engagement: Consult with new families, recommend programs, and drive enrollments

Customer Relationships: Build trust, manage ongoing communications, and upsell classes, camps, and workshops

Center Operations: Ensure classrooms are ready, prep materials, track inventory, and capture media (photos/videos)

Admin & Data: Manage attendance, class scheduling, and CRM/spreadsheet data. Assist with basic reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year working with children
• 1+ year in customer service or sales
• Great communicator with a warm, confident presence
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to work weekends and flexible weekdays
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and CRM systems
• Bonus: Background in education or enrichment programs

Monthly Pay Range
