About The Role

  • Supervise daily granulation operations in production area
  • Operate and monitor RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, Blender, and Vibro Sifter
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety procedures
  • Verify batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production documents
  • Monitor process parameters and product quality standards
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments
  • Handle manpower allocation and shift management
  • Ensure proper cleaning and equipment maintenance
  • Minimize downtime, rejection, and material wastage
  • Investigate deviations and support CAPA implementation
  • Train operators on GMP and production procedures
  • Achieve daily production targets within timelines
  • Maintain discipline and safety in the production area
  • Ensure readiness for audits and regulatory inspections
