Job Role: Operations Assistant

Compensation range: $1,200 AUD - $1,600 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule : This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 7 AM - 3 PM, Thursday to Tuesday) with some of the hours being flexible and done on a priority basis.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: We're an online fitness coaching business based in Australia, working with around 100 clients and growing, through personalised 1-on-1 programming, nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins. We're in a growth phase right now, systemising operations, building out the team, and scaling hard. The culture is low-ego, high-output, and we move fast.

Role Overview : We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support a fast-growing online fitness coaching business. This is a full-time remote role suited for someone who thrives in structured environments, follows systems precisely, and takes ownership of their work without the need for constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Live Check-In Support

  • Work ahead of the coach during daily client check-ins
  • Populate client data into Airtable in real time using an established coding system
  • Categorise and action tasks based on specific codes (e.g. adjust macros, swap meal plan items, update program phases)

Daily Touch-Point Tasks

  • Review AI-generated email briefs each morning listing clients requiring follow-up
  • Execute client communication based on provided frameworks and coaching duration notes

Client Onboarding

  • Populate meal plans based on client macros, food preferences, and allergies
  • Set up training phases promptly same-day turnaround often required
  • Support onboarding of approximately 5–6 new clients per week

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong reliability and punctuality this is non-negotiable
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures precisely and consistently
  • Basic nutrition literacy understanding of macros, meal planning, and dietary adjustments
  • Comfortable working with Airtable or similar data management tools
  • Able to work Thursday through Monday, including weekends
  • Fast learner who can execute delegated tasks with minimal back-and-forth
