- Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with Odoo Experience to manage daily
- accounting operations within the Odoo ERP system. This role is responsible for
- maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and accounts
- receivable transactions, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end activities,
- and ensuring the integrity of accounting data. The ideal candidate has hands-on
- Odoo Accounting experience, strong bookkeeping expertise, and the ability to work
- independently in a remote environment.

Objective of This Role
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations within the Odoo ERP system.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of accounting data.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Contribute to efficient accounting workflows and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Odoo ERP Accounting Management
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations within Odoo ERP.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, journals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper use of Odoo accounting workflows and processes.
- Support continuous improvement of accounting procedures, workflows, and system efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.
Accounts Payable Management
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records.
- Monitor payment schedules and outstanding obligations.
- Resolve vendor billing discrepancies and inquiries.
Accounts Receivable Management
- Create and manage customer invoices.
- Apply customer payments and credits accurately.
- Monitor outstanding balances and support collections activities.
- Assist with customer account reconciliations and dispute resolution.
Bookkeeping & Financial Reconciliation
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Ensure accounting records are complete, organized, and audit-ready.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Financial Data Entry & Reporting
- Enter financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer and vendor records within the system.
- Generate accounting and financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Verify data integrity and identify discrepancies for correction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support as needed.
Administrative & Team Support
- Collaborate effectively with remote team members across departments.
- Support special projects and additional accounting-related duties as assigned.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Hands-on Odoo ERP Accounting experience (Required).
- Experience with Accounts Payable processes.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience performing account reconciliations.
- Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
- Working knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience working in a small to mid-sized business environment.
- Experience with ERP implementations or process improvements.
- Experience supporting multi-department operational teams.
