Job Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation, consolidation, and finalization of the Group’s Annual Report, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with IFRS, and alignment with regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory reporting standards.
Coordinate external audits and act as the key contact for external auditors.
Review and implement new accounting standards and ensure timely adoption across the Group.
Maintain group-level accounting policies and ensure consistent application across subsidiaries.
Provide technical accounting guidance to other business verticals and finance teams.
Prepare reports and presentations for the management and Board-level reviews.
Drive automation and system enhancements in financial reporting tools and software.
Work closely with sector finance heads to ensure timely submission and validation of budget inputs.
Candidate Profile:
Chartered Accountant (CA), or ACCA, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or audit.
Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation, and budgeting processes.
Proven ability to manage complex processes involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project management and coordination abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
