Job Purpose

To ensure seamless execution and tracking of bills payable, manage financial tasks related to purchase orders, maintain ledgers, and contribute to timely month-end closures and fixed asset accounting.

Key Responsibilities (Main Duties)

• Ensure timely processing of
• vendor payments

and

• reconciliation of purchase orders
• .

Maintain

• accurate ledgers
• and perform monthly closure activities.
• Manage and update
• fixed asset registers
• in line with company policy.

Review and

• streamline vendor communication
• processes to improve alignment and reduce delays.

Collaborate with

• cross-functional teams
• to enhance vendor coordination and support operational efficiency.

Assist in

• evaluating and implementing tools
• (such as Power BI or payment automation systems) to improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual workload.

Contribute to

• financial data accuracy
• by regularly checking emails, follow-ups, and approvals.
• Work towards automation and continuous process improvement in the vendor payment cycle.
