About The Role

Your mission

In this role, you will develop, optimize, and planning intercompany transactions. A strong sense for planning and operation is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arranging and preparing papers and files for the Zund Cutter machine, which will be utilized to carry out a production order for all environments.
  • Verify the accuracy of the documentation, report any inconsistencies, and work with the relevant parties to resolve the issue.
  • Order status tracking using ERP (MS Dynamics)
  • Create Zund machine files for carton processing and configure packaging instructions for each order.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to guarantee that components and raw materials are available on time so that manufacturing schedules are met.
  • Monthly monitoring of Inventory levels and bridging of actual components vs. ERP consumption for PH Environments.

Your profile

Preferrably a registered Architect or any related field.

Production Planning Experience: Proven experience in production planning, preferably in a similar industry.

ERP Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems like MS Dynamics.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production bottlenecks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between different departments.
