We are looking for a highly proactive and purpose-driven

Business Analyst – Partnerships & Growth

who can combine business thinking with real-world impact. This role requires someone who not only understands business growth but also has deep empathy and awareness of individuals from

low-income and underserved backgrounds

. You will play a critical role in building partnerships, generating opportunities, and contributing to a system that helps individuals

find meaningful career paths and improve their livelihoods

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Analysis & Strategy
  • Analyze business opportunities aligned with growth and social impact goals
  • Identify scalable models that support both revenue and social upliftment
  • Translate field insights into actionable business strategies
  • Prepare reports, case studies, and impact-driven insights for leadership
  1. Field Engagement & Partnerships
  • Regularly visit companies, NGOs, training institutes, and ecosystem partners
  • Build strong partnerships that enable talent sourcing and opportunity creation
  • Drive conversations with external stakeholders to unlock collaboration opportunities
  • Represent the organisation in community, NGO, and industry engagements
  1. Lead Generation & Conversion

Generate leads through

  • Personal and professional network
  • NGO ecosystem and grassroots connections
  • Company partnerships
  • Convert leads into meaningful business and placement opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with both business and impact goals
  1. NGO Ecosystem & Lifecycle Understanding
  • Develop a clear understanding of the
  • NGO lifecycle
  • Community outreach and mobilization
  • Training and skill development
  • Placement and career support
  • Post-placement tracking and impact measurement
  • Collaborate with NGOs and social organisations to create sustainable pipelines of candidates
  • Identify gaps in the lifecycle and propose improvements for better outcomes
  1. Ground Reality & Candidate Understanding
  • Build deep empathy and understanding of individuals from
  • low-capital / underserved backgrounds

Spend time in the field to understand

  • Challenges in education, access, and employment
  • Behavioural and socio-economic constraints
  • Ensure solutions and partnerships are
  • practical, inclusive, and scalable
  • Act as a voice of the candidate within the organisation
  1. Career Path Enablement
  • Work closely with internal teams to align candidates with the right career opportunities
  • Help design pathways that enable
  • long-term career growth
  • , not just short-term placement
  • Ensure alignment between candidate capability, aspiration, and industry demand
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a bridge between companies, NGOs, candidates, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth communication and execution across all stakeholders
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships
  1. Market Intelligence & Impact Insights
  • Track hiring trends, skill demand, and industry requirements
  • Provide insights on how to better prepare candidates for real-world jobs
  • Measure and report both
  • business metrics and social impact outcomes

Key Requirements

4–5 years of experience in

Business Analysis / Business Development / Partnerships

  • Strong experience in
  • fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, and external partnerships
  • Exposure to or strong interest in
  • NGO / social impact / skilling ecosystem
  • Proven ability to
  • generate and convert leads
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand both
  • business metrics and human realities

Comfortable with

daily office presence + frequent field visits

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with
  • NGOs, skilling programs, or education/employment initiatives
  • Strong network in grassroots or social sector ecosystems
  • High empathy with strong execution capability
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
