Key Responsibilities

As an HR Fresher, you’ll get exposure to different areas of HR, including

• Assisting with end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews
• Supporting onboarding and orientation of new team members
• Maintaining and updating HR records & databases
• Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Supporting the performance appraisal cycle and feedback processes
• Helping with training & development programs logistics
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices
• Coordinating with employees to resolve day-to-day HR queries
• Who Can Apply?
• MBA (HR) Freshers – Class of 2025 or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR within the social sector
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
