Business Systems Director

The Business Systems Director is responsible for leading the strategy, deployment, optimization, and governance of warehouse and transportation management systems supporting Consolidation and Fulfillment operations. This role serves as the primary business owner for logistics platforms, partnering with Operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure technology solutions support operational performance, scalability, customer requirements, and long-term business objectives. The Business Systems Director provides strategic leadership for system investments, platform enhancements, and technology-enabled process improvements while influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and business value.
