Lead Material Handler - Manufacturing

Key hourly leadership role responsible for directing and coordinating the work of multiple Material Handlers at the Pensacola facility to ensure a seamless just-in-time material flow. Oversees the movement of incoming materials through receiving, raw material storage, in-house production processes, and delivery to assembly lines to support production schedules and customer commitments. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of value stream manufacturing principles, inventory management, and lean production processes to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
