Senior UX Insights Specialist

This role owns the framework used to measure, analyze, and improve IT service experience across Nokia. The position is accountable for the methodology, governance, analytical integrity, interpretation, and evolution of the End User Experience (EUX) Score, which is the single quantitative indicator of end user’s digital workplace experience.
