Care engineer

We are looking for a Care Engineer responsible for providing technical support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for cloud-native and virtualized infrastructure solutions. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, end-to-end case ownership, critical incident management, and close collaboration with customers, market teams, and L3 engineering teams.
