Facilities Planner

The Facilities Planner will perform a wide variety of duties that utilize Computer-Aided Design/Drafting (CAD) and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) in support of the Facilities Master Planning and Financial budgeting to support the Enterprise goals and strategic objectives. The Planner will work within the Capital Planning Department as a member of that team in delivering the highest level of customer service to the Nemours Enterprise. Position will be key leader in defining the scope to the end-user’s project and validating the legitimacy of end-user requests.
