Advanced Electrical Design/Component Engineer

The Principal Component Engineer will interface between component, production suppliers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Purchasing departments by sourcing, selecting, and qualifying components to be used within the company’s technology; establish policies and procedures for material procurement; investigate alternate component technologies, cost reduction methods, improving quality and reliability and overall customer satisfaction. You will be working in the San Diego, CA office on a 9/80 work schedule.
