Coach (Power)

Lead and drive the implementation and sustainability of empowerment, management system and work processes, via the empowered team and from the position of influence. Acts as resources to teams, guide team members to build relationship, mindset and behavior needed to accept greater levels of responsibilities over time, adopt methodologies and gain the knowledge and skills required in order to achieve departmental and company goals.
