OB SUMMARY

• Setup and operate a designated machine efficiently to manufacture the required product
• according to the pre-set specifications

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to

•  Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in
• order to minimize downtime and insure production consistency.
•  Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to insure a safe and sound runnability.
•  Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need, in order to minimize downtime and
• improve efficiency.
•  Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for his approval before passing
• same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
•  Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.
•  Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain the 5S conditions of his machines
• and surrounding work place.
