Assessment feedback for the interview

Mr. Meshari Alharbi for the Maintenance Technician position, the discussion focused on his educational background, previous maintenance experience, technical training, certifications, and availability. The candidate expressed a strong interest in developing his career in maintenance and gaining further exposure to preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

In addition, we provided him with a brief overview of the working environment by showing him the maintenance workshop and selected factory areas. Although this was not a full plant tour, it gave him a general understanding of the maintenance operations and plant environment.
