Eastern Bank offers an established career path for our Service Associates through our Elevate Program. This program provides a structured, progressive entry point into a Retail Banking career, onboarding new Service Associate I employees into cohorts with a program length tailored to each individual's experience. Over an estimated 12-18 months, participants receive two evaluation-based checkpoints with potential salary adjustments, and become eligible for promotion upon successful completion of the program.

Service Associates are skilled in the duties of both a Customer Service Representative (sales on the platform), and Teller (transactions at the teller line).
