Registered Nurse - Hospice of Cincinnati - Float Pool

Join our dynamic Float Pool team, where flexibility meets compassionate care. This full-time role follows a 7:00 pm to 7:30 am schedule, with a rotation every third weekend and a holiday commitment. As a Float Pool Hospice Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive end-of-life care to terminally ill patients across a variety of settings—including private residences, hospice facilities, and nursing homes. Your responsibilities will include managing pain and other distressing symptoms, educating patients and families, offering emotional and spiritual support, and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team. This position is ideal for a versatile and adaptable nursing professional who thrives in diverse environments and is committed to providing comfort, dignity, and quality of life to patients during their final journey.
