Field Service and Order Management Coordinator - Skiatook

NOV is now hiring a Field Service & Order Management Coordinator! The Field Service and Order Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing field service administrative duties including field service dispatches, optimization tracking, service pricing and product codes, and ticket accuracy. They will also be responsible for the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues, maintain order accuracy, and support a high level of customer satisfaction.
