Maintenance/Electrical Technician

International Paper is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment that supports our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include welding and fabrication, building maintenance, reading blueprints and schematics, ordering parts, training operators on equipment care, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with industrial maintenance systems, and a commitment to teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement.
