About The Role
The successful Associate Director will join D.F. King’s specialist cross-border Debt Issuer Services team in Hong Kong, reporting to the General Manager, Asia (Orient Capital and D.F. King).
Working closely with investment banks, law firms and financial advisors, the team supports the execution of liability management transactions and complex debt restructurings, delivers operational consultancy solutions, and provides traditional agency services across Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions.
