• Salary info: $52,071.04 - $63,670.40 /year (includes normal overtime & holiday pay)
• + $2.82/ hr Functioning paramedic incentive
• + $1.75/ hr "Seat pay" when assigned to a Transport Unit
• Additional salary steps based on years of experience - 1 additional Step for each year up to Step 5.
• (Polk County Fire Rescue salary steps range from 0-12)

• 24-hour shifts
• 1 shift on, 2 shifts off rotation
