Shifts Vary Location: Polk County Landfill 10 Environmental Loop, Winter Haven, FL 33830: Skilled mechanical work at the journeyman level in the maintenance and repair of diesel and/or gasoline powered on and off highway equipment. Responsible for the entire maintenance spectrum including diagnosis, repair, and overhaul of rubber tired and tracked vehicles including those with hydraulically powered work mechanisms.
