The Director of Operations – ISG

Serves as the senior operational leader for the IS Contactor business within the Philippines factory, leads the ISG operational business capability for released and new products working collaboratively with other ASIA operations and is accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and organizational performance across assigned & cross-functional operations. As a member of the Philippines Site Leadership Team, the position partners closely with the Managing Director and peer functional leaders to execute business strategies, develop organizational capability, and achieve operational excellence.
