Position Overview
The E-Commerce Manager is a key role in accelerating the growth of Tiffany & Co.'s digital business in Brazil. This role oversees daily e-commerce operations, drives commercial performance through data analysis, and ensures a seamless online luxury client experience aligned with global brand standards.
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the commercial performance of the e-commerce business, owning and monitoring key business KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, and driving initiatives that maximize revenue, conversion, and client engagement.
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in the Brazil office and Global HQ, manages content and site operations, and contributes to the development of long-term e-commerce strategies. This is a highly visible position with direct impact on business performance.
Key Accountabilities
- E-Commerce Operations & Site Management
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including sales reporting, site merchandising, and content updates.
- Execute global and local content strategies to support brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with Brazil E-Commerce, Marketing, CRM, Client Relations, and IT teams to support project implementation.
- Provide prompt assistance to resolve website-related issues.
- Ensure site accuracy, functionality, and a best-in-class online client experience.
- Performance Analysis & Commercial Growth
- Own the commercial performance of the e-commerce business through continuous monitoring of sales and business KPIs.
- Monitor daily sales and commercial KPIs, identifying trends, risks, issues, and growth opportunities.
- Define, track, and optimize key commercial metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), traffic quality, units per transaction (UPT), and other performance indicators.
- Develop data-driven action plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and measurable outcomes to drive incremental sales and improve business performance.
- Optimize user experience and conversion through continuous analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Digital Strategy & Marketing Collaboration
- Support the development and execution of e-commerce strategies aligned with global and local priorities.
- Partner closely with the appointed media agency and internal marketing teams to strengthen traffic acquisition, conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Define, monitor, and report commercial KPIs for all digital initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Ensure owned media activities reflect Tiffany & Co.'s brand vision while supporting commercial objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Share expertise within the Digital Commerce and Omnichannel team.
- Act as the key representative for Brazil E-Commerce in cross-functional discussions with local stakeholders and Global HQ.
- Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Retail, Client Relations, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver business objectives.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital business (retail preferred; luxury experience is a plus but not required).
- Experience in digital marketing, supporting performance media planning, campaign optimization, and evaluation.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing business performance and commercial KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with website analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-level English is required, as direct communication with Global HQ is part of the role.
