Assistant Manager, Social Media - West Elm Kids

West Elm Kids is seeking an Assistant Manager, Social Media to help shape and grow our social presence across platforms through compelling storytelling, creator partnerships, and culturally relevant content.

This role will be responsible for bringing the West Elm Kids brand to life through social-first content that inspires parents and design-minded families. The role is focused on driving community engagement and brand affinity through strategic content, knowledge of platform dynamics, and data-driven audience insights.
