Senior Consultant in Deals

Job Description & Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Deals team and support clients throughout the full transaction process.

In this role, you will work in Transaction Services , with opportunities to contribute to Valuation and Corporate Finance projects. You will be involved in financial due diligence and broader transaction-related activities for a range of corporate and private equity clients.

You will

• Work on due diligence, valuation and M&A projects across different industries
• Analyse financial performance and key business drivers
• Identify risks and opportunities in a transaction context
• Prepare and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to deal execution
• Support other teams with financial analysis
• Coach and guide junior colleagues

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, audit, due diligence, corporate finance or related areas
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or similar
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of business environment
• Proactive, flexible and confident approach
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA) are a plus

Our offer

• The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1800 to 2 8 00 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
